Promotions
Promotions shown in ScoreVault are account offers. No offer can be claimed for real money, bonus credit, bonus bet value, free bet value, cash, or withdrawal value.
Offer Status
The headline offer, boost badges, daily specials, and promotional cards are displayed as available account offers.
They do not create a contract, entitlement, bonus balance, or right to receive a future offer.
Eligibility
Full promotions should be limited to eligible users who are 18 or older, located in Canada, verified, not self-excluded, not restricted, and compliant with account rules.
The operator should be able to exclude users for fraud risk, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts, payment risk, responsible gaming reasons, or regulatory requirements.
Required Offer Details
A full promotion should clearly state start date, end date, qualifying actions, eligible markets, excluded markets, minimum odds, maximum bonus, expiry, withdrawal rules, cancellation rules, and settlement rules.
The offer should also explain whether a bonus is withdrawable cash, non-withdrawable bonus credit, bonus bet stake, profit-only credit, odds boost, token, or another promotional format.
Bonus Bets
If bonus bets are offered in production, terms should explain whether the stake is returned, whether winnings are paid as cash or credit, how partial settlement works, and when unused credits expire.
Bonus bet displays should avoid misleading users about risk, payout, or guaranteed returns.
Odds Boosts And Specials
Odds boosts and specials should disclose the original odds, boosted odds, eligible selection, maximum stake, market availability, expiry, and whether the boost can be combined with other offers.
Boosted markets should remain subject to final bet acceptance, market suspension, price changes, settlement rules, and responsible gaming controls.
Responsible Promotion
Promotions should not target people who are self-excluded, underage, outside Canada, or showing signs of gambling harm.
Marketing should avoid implying that gambling is a financial solution, low-risk activity, guaranteed outcome, or measure of sports knowledge.
Changes And Cancellation
Full terms should explain when the operator may change, suspend, or cancel an offer, especially for technical errors, fraud, regulatory direction, or obvious pricing issues.
Users should receive clear information about any affected promotional credit or pending qualifying activity.
